All returns will be handled as per our standard Returns Policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product due to damage or defect, then we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product as follows:
Return will be subject to the following:
• Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. In the event you return any product received as damaged Jolly Designs will refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
• Products damaged while being used or because of neglect of the consumer do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us has a manufacturing defect, Jolly Designs reserves the right to decide if the damage or defect is a manufacturing defect or not.
Incorrect Product Delivery
If the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange of same value, within 14 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Please email us with your order number at email@example.com before initiating the return order.
On receipt of the Product Jolly Designs will refund your money through account transfer to credit card or bank account depending upon way the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
